Save the can! And go get yourself a "real" pumpkin to cook up! You not only save the can but the taste is nothing like canned pumpkin.

"Real" Pumpkin Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen pumpkin puree
1 whole frozen banana (chunks)
1 1/2 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
1 3/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (or)
Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves combination
1 Cup of Milk (Dairy or Nut Milk)
Serve with a grating of Fresh Nutmeg and a reusable straw of your choice!
Serves 1 or 2
